WaxHound aggregates publicly available pricing and product information from Canadian retailers. We do not sell products and are not affiliated with any retailer unless explicitly stated. Pricing and availability are shown for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time inventory.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use WaxHound. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping at scale, reverse engineering, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Service to harm others or violate any law.
5. Beta Service
WaxHound is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during this period.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any pricing, product, or retailer information. Always verify details with the retailer before making a purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaxHound and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
